Excellent house with fast internet and private parking. New everything, I highly recommend it
I was very disappointed in the place. It was nice overall. The Christmas tree was still up and we went in April. The floors were so dirty, we bought our own swifter mop to wash floors. There was a stain on the comforter in master bedroom and it was gross. The extra comforter smelled that I had to wash it before I could use it because I was so disgusted. There was suppose to be a key to get to the pool area, it was in the check in description but there was only the garage opener with the gym button access. The reason I choose this place was because of the pool. My kids were looking forward to going swimming and never ended up going. First of all we couldn’t get in pool area and it looked like the pool was closed too. The company should have all the accurate information regarding pool too, like if it was not open, they should disclose that information. Again big reason we choose this place was because of the pool and were very disappointed. I also called the company about this issue twice and wrote an email in customer service. AllI was told first time was the key should be there even if I told the guy it isn’t and hasn’t been. I went to the office where pool was and guy working there said the company needs to contact them and they would give me a key and when I told the guy on the phone from evonify, he said he would call me back. When he called me back all he said was the key should be there. No help at all. After that I emailed but got no response. Just very disappointed. Overall townhouse was nice looking and in a good location. My husband and I and 4 kids stayed there and there wasn’t enough towels but when I did call they did bring more towels so that was good, but when you know you have 6 guest they should properly stock the place with towels without us having to call. Overall we were all disappointed and wouldn’t go with this company again.
