This apartment is very nice , great location and excellent communication with Evonify on anything we needed … The ck in process was very easy the pool however was not available while we were there that was a bit disappointing… no one at the office there seem to know anything about when it would be available… overall we would stay there again ….. Although the title of this listing says “luxury townhome and pool,” we were sadly disappointed that the pool was under construction and we hadn’t been notified prior to our stay. We purposely picked this Airbnb because of the amazing photos of the pool and it’s cabanas. There were many other options of places to stay, but the pool sold us. When we checked with the office, they said the pool is / has been / will be closed for weeks. The listing should have had a note about the pool closure given the length of it and that they use that as a selling factor. We requested a partial refund but it was denied. The condo itself was fine and we had a good stay but were just so disappointed about the pool as that’s the whole reason we booked this staycation here. IThe breaker also tripped and lights went off several times but we were given instructions on how to fix it. There were a lot of dings in the wall that are repaired with diff colors of paint, and there is a faux Christmas tree still up in April so that was kind of weird and not sure if this is truly considered “luxury” Nice tub and comfortable couch and beds, though. Had the pool been available and/or if they had made it right, I would have positive feelings about this place.
