Be sure to read all the details that come with this BNB. Airbnb has been my preferred method of lodging for a while, so I incorrectly assumed this would be a conventional stay. Here are my observations: 1. You have to request (and wait for a reply) to check in earlier than 5pm 2. After booking, I was sent a link to a separate website to complete check-in paperwork. The link asked for a photo of my ID AND a selfie of me holding my ID. In not sure what the point of that was since AirBNB has already verified my identity and I have great reviews from previous stays. Nevertheless, i had to do it, because the email said the booking was not complete without the paperwork. 3. Additionally, Immediately after I booked, I was sent a text message requesting a ($250) security deposit. When I returned to the listing I did see a note about it, but again, since I have never been asked for a security deposit before, it was an unexpected shock. Once I offered to cancel my booking, the charge was waived. 4. As i mentioned, check-in was 5pm (without a special request) and check-out is 11am. I asked for a late checkout, but we would have had to pay an additional $40, even though there was not a booking after us, I checked! The apartment is situated in a large apartment complex and you are told by the host that if any staff asks about your stay you are to say that you are "guests of Evonify" and not that you booked through Airbnb, which was suspect to me. Fortunately we were not there long enough to encounter any staff, but it may be an issue if you have a long term stay. Overall, the apartment was cute, clean (with the exception of a stain in the tub) and spacious enough for 4 adults and 2 kids. The kitchen was well stocked also. Great location and close to freeways. I hope this review is helpful.
Me and my two friends had a great time staying here. They have a TV that had accounts for Netflix, Disney+, YouTube, etc. (basically everything) that we used a lot to pass the time. The beds and sofas were very comfortable along with the very soft carpets and pillows that came along with them. The bathrooms were accommodating with extra towels and toilet paper in the cabinets. The kitchen included all the pots, pans, utensils, cutting boards, baking pans, and more that you would need. They have a washer and dryer with detergent and everything else included. The master bedroom was large enough to fit 3 people, the living room sofa could probably fit 3 more if extended, and the regular bedroom could fit maximum 2 more (would be pretty crowded though). They have a pool and small to medium-sized gym that you can access anytime. The game room/clubhouse however, was not accessible to us like it says on the Airbnb page. The entire place overall though, was very beautiful, cozy, and was perfect for my 3-person group to live in.
