The airbnb was overall ok but you get what you pay for. It was clean and it was nice to have a bedroom to put our 5 yo in bed. It would have been awesome to have a comfy couch to relax afterwards but the green couch is very uncomfortable. You could hear the neighbors' music or talking sometimes too. It was easy to find and get inside the unit. Keypad on front door and no need to interact/coordinate with host.
DO NOT BOOK. Very disappointing experience with this Airbnb. The place reeked of cigarettes and marijuana, and when I asked for a refund, the host suggested a different location 15 minutes away. Despite expressing our dissatisfaction, the host became unresponsive when asking for a refund. Additionally, paying for a late checkout through other platforms led to us getting screwed as the host refused to refund that charge. The shower liner was incredibly stained. The area felt unsafe and neighbors were loud and playing music all night long. Overall, would not recommend this airbnb or Evonify.
Noticeable smell and floors weren’t the cleanest, cleaned them again and were pretty dirty but overall okay stay
