Evonify is a startup without rental expertise and I advise you not to rent from them. Problems: - required additional payments outside of airbnb, possibly violating their terms - did not provide check in info until I'd asked four times. kept telling me it had been emailed when it had not. - unit was in a motel where there was drug activity throughout the day and night - unit smelled strongly of cigarettes, all of my clothes smelled of cigarettes when I got home and I had to wash with baking soda three times to get smell out - THERE WAS NO INTERNET because the company set up 50 units the same day and mixed up the modems. at evonifys request I spent over 6 hours of my vacation on the phone with their cable company troubleshooting, but was not permitted to change the account. I incured $70 in mobile data changes with Evonify promised to reimburse but never did. - there was no shower curtain nor TP, after one day a shower curtain appeared after I used the word "negligence" with a rep go elsewhere.

Inside is nicely laid out. Cigarette stench in living room that wouldn’t go away. Loud neighbors that bang on each other’s doors all night. Cluttered walkways with bikes and chairs that neighbors bring from dumpsters. First day a lady was looking into my vehicle. No television in living room like pictures. WiFi wouldn’t connect to internet, host let me connect to another rooms WiFi but it wouldn’t work well in the bedroom. Looks like a drug infested area. Most people seem high all the time there and are working on stuff they get from the trash. I wasn’t comfortable with the stares and looks and thought my vehicle would be broken into. Reached out to the host to express my concerns and that I wanted to move and there was nothing done. But he said he let his management know about it and I guess they didn’t care.

First the place inside was nice but the neighbor or had a paper on the door that said: if you don't live here don't knock and stay away. When I went in it smelled like weed and cigarettes horrible smell. The bathroom was not scrubbed I had to clean it again because it had mold in between the title I have pictures. And my last 2 nights my hot water went out and they never sent nobody over. The place has homeless people going in out of some apartments and the neighbors were moving a banging thing all night. Did not feel safe at all.
