Great service
First, they tell you not to tell any of the building staff what platform you rented on because it would be “confusing”. This seems shady to me, given the rest of my experience here. The unit was very clean and well maintained, but there is uncollected dog poop everywhere around the complex. Someone tried to get into this rental using the keypad in the middle of the night, with what seemed to be a valid code (deadbolt was locked so they couldn’t open the door). When I reported it, the staff at Evonify spent the entire time gaslighting and deflecting blame instead of trying to fix the problem or reassure me of my safety in any way. They first told me I waited too long to report it, then that it was some outside maintenance company mix up that they had logs documenting, then that wasn’t right and it didn’t actually happen at all but maybe they would change the code to make me feel better. I was able to cancel one night, but they refused to refund another night, even given the situation. They also charge extra fees for pets on their platform (which they make you sign up for) that are not mentioned on the Airbnb reservation. 100% would never stay in any rental from Evonify again.
Great stay! Just the basics and plenty of room. Very close to other apartments and the apartment area was heavy with foot traffic
