Their customer service was great! But Unfortunately it did not meet my expectations. We reserved for 3 guests, but they only had blankets on the bed and that’s it. No extra sheets or blankets in the whole place. Our son had to sleep with a sheet on a very small and uncomfortable couch. The bed in the room was also very uncomfortable. The picture on the site was not the same as the location, similar but not the same. We only stayed for 1 night and checked out early.
It was a small, cute place to stay. I like that i don’t need to carry a key but use key pad attached to the door.
Great communication, easy check in. Pictures a little off, but overall great experience. The streaming services were a plus.
