I wish I could say the stay was as good as would be expected from a management company like evonify. First, the unit shown in the photos is probably not the unit you will be staying in, but it was in the same general area. The unit we stayed in was entirely different from the one shown in the photos, and it was definitely not as nice. The first big issue we noticed was that the bathroom had mold above the shower head and on the curtain. They also only gave us two small towels for showering for a week long stay. Evonify did send someone to drop off more about a day later. There was also a fairly strong smoke smell in the unit when we first arrived. Also, the blinds on the windows were missing several pieces and were bent out of shape so there was very little privacy. The mattress didn’t have a fitted sheet which seems unsanitary. The back patio was pretty messy. There also seemed to be some damage on the front door around the lock which made us uneasy. Another odd thing was that someone came without any heads up to “change the batteries” in the lock, and asked “if this was an AirBnb”. Evonify never confirmed or denied whether they sent someone which made us feel unsafe. Evonify tried to address our concerns it seemed, but the delay in response was ridiculous; for example, it basically took 24 hours to get us some extra towels. On the last day, someone showed up in the unit above and it was unbelievably noisy. The walls in the ceiling are incredibly thin and we could hear everything. It made falling asleep next to impossible because they were up really late and really early in the morning. The few redeeming features were that it was in a decent location, but there was not much you could walk to. It had everything you would need for cooking in the kitchen. There were coffee and filters. It came with shampoo and body wash in the bathroom. It was well stocked with basic supplies. It had a nice TV and several streaming platforms. It was fairly clean overall which made the mold in the bathroom pretty surprising.

Great place to stay at, pretty great distance from a lot of attractions !!

The room we got was completely different from what was advertised. It was a whole new layout and was smaller and darker in person. I would suggest cleaning up the outdoor area. There was a lighter and cigarettes on the floor when we came. The green couch made us itchy when we sat there for a couple of minutes. There were a lot of bugs (mosquitos, crickets, silverfish) flying around at night. Outside there were glass shards on the path way leading to our room and a lot of cigarette butts. At night you can hear every step the upstairs neighbor makes, and it sounds like he is rearranging his room… at midnight. If he makes a phone call, you can hear most of what he’s saying. Overall, I’d recommend this place for the location as there are a lot of restaurants nearby, but don’t have high expectations of the place itself.
