Without a doubt worth the price. No complaints whatsoever.
The late check in and early check out, the buildings arent mark with numbers so you know which building to access. Easier access on 38 1/2st.
If what matters is price and location, you'll be fine. Pros: communication is great, they seem to have dedicated staff checking messages. Cons: There are still some details that hadn't been renovated from back when this was an affordable student apartment complex. The pool is full of green sludge. Also if you are looking for a place with any character, this isn't it. It's 100% corporate. The furnishings are sparse and the layout didn't make a lot of sense if you want to do something like use the kitchen table. Note: triple check that you have all your things before you check out because they will not disturb the next guest to check. Housekeeping didn't report finding my pillow (despite the fact that it was in a different pillowcase and was nothing like the others in the room).
