There was no/very little hot water in our rental. We ran the tap for a long time and it barely got warm. When we contacted them about it, someone was sent the next day and all he did was run the tap and tell us that yes it was getting hot and that it just takes awhile because of where we are located in the complex. But we ran it for a LONG time and it never got hot. From there we didn't bother trying to get it fixed since it wasn't worth the hassle. We had places to be and our friend who lives close by was able to offer his shower to us. There were also a few other basic amenities lacking, like extra pillows and sheets, and hand soap in the bathroom (but we could just use the hand soap that was in the kitchen). Otherwise, the place was clean and easy to check-in and I was impressed with the selection of pots and pans in the kitchen! We overall did have a great stay here, but I just can’t give it a high rating with the hot water issue.
