Towels were stained, water heater took 20-plus min to get water warmed. Dirt was noticeable, so I checked out early to go to a hotel to feel clean. Was a cute place that just needed some deep clean loving. Price was nice.
My gf and I were in a rush to find an airbnb bc our last one had a break-in and we didnt feel safe. Evonify was very responsive and was able to provide us a place the day of check in. There is a security deposit of $100. The apartment looked very clean and put together. We did notice some dust and dirt at the door (we swept), tear in the futon, bugs in the tub, and the ceiling peels in the bathroom. All of this was notified to the host with pictures within the hour we checked in. My gf and I enjoyed the swan shaped towels on our bed and in the bathroom. There was ample amount of closet space, and a washer/dryer which was handy. The tv was not connected to the network but that was a simple fix. We liked how there was soap and shampoo available in the bathroom. Hot water took a little while to warm up. Outlets were far from the bed. But overall really good stay.
