It was okay. Pros: Newly renovated, fairly clean, has basically the minimum you'd need. Cons: - Rules say no smoking but it smells strongly of smoke inside (I had to buy febreeze to make it bearable) - No hot water - Host was quite unresponsive - The AC is old and does not have an 'auto' mode, so it is either on or off (so the apartment was quite cold) - There's a dishwasher but no dishwasher detergent - Walls are paper thin, could hear people talking throughout the night (and the building itself is very old) Unfortunately I do not recommend staying at this Airbnb. I paid $330 for two nights and I think you can find a better deal somewhere else.
This is the second time I book with Evonify last minute and it’s always a great stay. The checkin was extremely fast. The apartment was very clean and had everything I needed. The beds were extremely comfortable! I loved the place. Parking is very simple too. I will book again for sure.
Conveniently located no frills apartment. Easy in, easy out for a quick getaway. Lovely locality, close to park and groceries if needed. Although not really stocked, the apartment is just what you need if you’re looking for something basic with great value. Would recommended and revisit.
