I booked this as a place to sleep mostly while visiting friends. During my stay, there was water under the floorboards in the bathroom, so that when I was stepping around, water would come up from the floorboards. I emailed the company about this problem. They emailed back offering a room switch, but when I said yes they never messaged me back. In the shower, the water temperature never got above lukewarm. One positive of the visit was that the wifi was pretty strong.

Remotes for ceiling fixtures were missing batteries, living room fan can’t be on without the light. Bathroom floor was cracked and creaky. They use regular individual Netflix/Hulu accounts so if five or more people are staying at the complex you might get booted out. The main bed had a cracked slat which was propped up with a water bottle. One night the bottle came loose and I plummeted through the box spring, mildly injuring my back. Thankfully the team was receptive to notice of the issue and came to fix it ASAP. Points for the response, but these kinds of preventable safety hazards shouldn’t be accepted in any circumstance. Convenient location and unit was easy to get to and accessible.

Water dripping from ceiling in hall. Bed was broken. Water barely even gets warm. No remote for tv. Netflix account was already being used. None of the fan remotes had battery’s. Also musty smell inside apartment.
