No hot water in shower so don’t book unless you like taking cold showers. Bed was also uncomfortable. Place was clean and in a good location. Washer and dryer was a nice added bonus.

Apartment was comfortable and close enough to downtown but warm water took about 15 minutes to work and apartment smelled like cigarettes to the point that our luggage smelled after checking out.

We will never stay at another Evonify property again - BEWARE! Evonify is not a reliable or good hosting company. Our unit had no working wifi or hot water for us to bathe. Upon trying to get help, they didn’t answer their own help line and instead called me internationally from a Pakistan number. So to receive no help I also had to incur international calling rates. We were simply told that we would get help in the morning, which did not happen. We waited and waited, checked in with them multiple times and were told that they would “forward” our message to the property department. What’s worse is that they were stalling until past 11am - obviously so they could attempt to charge us for a new day since 11am the checkout time. We were promised that our concerns were passed to the relevant department, already a departure from a private owner who would actually care. They have since attempted to deny our requests for a refund, despite their stated policy of refunding nights not used and their offer to refund the first night when in the middle of these issues. Flatly, do not stay with Evonify. What an unprofessional, uncaring bunch.
