There were a few things that needed improvement, but great location and enjoyed our stay overall
Great value for this airbnb. Perfect for a quick trip.
Evonify initially assigned us to a unit that did not match the listing on Air B&B. There were dirty rags hanging inside the shower, and the apartment smelled of cigarettes. Upon contacting them to inquire why we were in the wrong unit, we were given the option to switch to the apartment that was shown in the photos, which we appreciated and did change. In the second apartment, the air conditioner would leak water on the floor which we informed Evonify about but they never really did anything to resolve it, so we had a pot on the floor to hold any leaking water and prevent puddles from forming on the floor. The pool was dirty and not well-maintained; we did not use it. Overall the apartment did the job and there was a great restaurant/bar within walking distance of the complex called Thrive. They had great food for all meals, as well as a full bar and a coffee bar. They are pet friendly and have outdoor seating with activities such as trivia and cornhole competitions. We recommend if you stay in this apartment to go there to satisfy your need for local, easy meals. My husband and our friend really enjoyed the breakfast tacos!
