Moderate Cancellation Policy

Pros: affordable spot, in the China town theatre. Cons: No parking. The garage across the street was $50 a night. No laundry, no key fab. Across from a homeless shelter where you can hear people yelling throughout the day and night. The window also almost fell in on me when I opened it to air the room out because it smelled funny. Also there was evidence of people having smoked crack in the bathroom as the toilet seat had crack pipe burns on it.
