The apartment:
- 2x queen size beds and 1x full size sofa bed.
- The living room is converted to bedroom/living room
- 5 guests MAX.

- Self flexible check-in.
- Laundry is available in the building. You will have to pay for it separately.
Parking:
- No Parking on premise. It is your responsibility to find parking.
- We don't advise driving in Boston. Parking can be extremely expensive and a big hassle.
Check-in:
- Please adhere to the check-in time on your reservation.
- Early check-in is available for a small fee. It can be requested on our portal.
- 1pm Late check-out is available for a small fee. It can be requested on our portal.
- Early check-in and late check-out is subject to availability if requested last minute.
Pets:
- Pets are not allowed.
Things to Note:
- This reservation may be subject to a refundable security deposit, not more than $350. This is a requirement from our insurance.
- 28 nights+ reservations are subject to a $2500 refundable security deposit.
- Subject to street noise due to location. You're in downtown Boston and the location is very noisy at all hours.
- You will encounter homeless people. You're in downtown.
- We are required to obtain a copy of your ID until checkout. You can submit it on our portal after making the reservation.
- We have a doorbell camera.
- Any attempt of throwing a party will result in immediate termination.
- Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment or the building.
- This reservation will be canceled if you have a violent criminal history. Our system automatically checks.
- AC is unavailable between October 15th and May 5th.

Wie schon von anderen Gästen berichtet, entsprechen die Bilder bei AirBnb nicht der tatsächlichen Ausstattung. Die Einrichtung der Wohnung ist deutlich älter und abgenutzter als auf den Fotos, an einigen Stellen wären auch Reparaturen angebracht. Die Fenster ließen sich nur schwer öffnen, das Bett im Wohnzimmer quietscht bei jeder Bewegung und die extrem weiche Matratze lässt einen bei jeder Drehung wie auf hoher See fühlen. Und nun zum Positiven: Die Lage ist ideal: Das Gebäude liegt direkt an einer Ecke der Boston Commons, auf die man aus dem 7. Stock eine schöne Sicht hat. Eine subway station gibt es direkt neben dem Gebäude, und für das Frühstück bietet sich das ausgezeichnete Café Tatte auf der gegenüberliegenden Strassenseite an. Alle Sehenswürdigkeiten in Boston sind fußläufig erreichbar, auch viele Cafes und Restaurants kann man gut zu Fuß erreichen. Insofern trotz der Mängel und des hohen Preises ein idealer Standort für Touren in und um Boston.
I’m not sure how to rate this. It served its purpose. It housed 6 of us and was close to everything. We paid extra to check in early (about 30 minutes) and found one of the beds unmade and messy. To their credit, as soon as I reached out someone came up and rectified the situation. It did make me wonder, however, how clean everything else was. The place was definitely more run down than it appeared in pictures. There was an alarm on the door which we had a love hate relationship with. I liked knowing that if someone tried to get in we would be alerted. That being said, we set off the alarm constantly. I felt bad for the neighbors. Overall I would say this location did what we needed. It slept all of 6 of us (2 beds and one air mattress). The location is fantastic. It isn’t nice as many places—but it also isn’t as expensive as many places. So there you have it.
This is a bait and switch. The photos are from another unit that is updated. This unit had wooden floor planks missing, it’s not a two bedroom, the kitchen cabinets are broken and the cork is showing/moldy. The bathroom ceiling has water marks, mold, and dust. The second bed is next to the kitchen table that the tv sits on. Internet doesn’t work. The hallways leading to the apartment are incredibly dirty and garage is everywhere. Very much a frat house feel. Homeless shelter is next store and homeless folks peeing on the building when you walk out the door.
