The apartment:
- 2x queen size beds and 1x full size sofa bed.
- The living room is converted to bedroom/living room

- Laundry is available in the building. You will have to pay for it separately.
Parking:
- No Parking on premise. It is your responsibility to find parking.
- We don't advise driving in Boston. Parking can be extremely expensive and a big hassle.
Check-in:
- Please adhere to the check-in time on your reservation.
- Early check-in is available for a small fee. It can be requested on our portal.
- 1pm Late check-out is available for a small fee. It can be requested on our portal.
- Early check-in and late check-out is subject to availability if requested last minute.
Pets:
- Pets are not allowed.

- This reservation may be subject to a refundable security deposit, not more than $350. This is a requirement from our insurance.
- 28 nights+ reservations are subject to a $2500 refundable security deposit.
- Subject to street noise due to location. You're in downtown Boston and the location is very noisy at all hours.
- You will encounter homeless people. You're in downtown.
- We are required to obtain a copy of your ID until checkout. You can submit it on our portal after making the reservation.
- We have a doorbell camera.
- Any attempt of throwing a party will result in immediate termination.
- Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment or the building.
- This reservation will be canceled if you have a violent criminal history. Our system automatically checks.
- AC is unavailable between October 15th and May 5th.

Die Wohnung in Boston entsprach der Beschreibung. Zu den Pluspunkten gehören die hervorragende Lage, die gemütliche Einrichtung und die bequemen Betten. Leider ist die Wohnung ziemlich abgewohnt und Bedarf dringend einer Renovierung. Die Mängel: - Klobrille lose - Aus dem Klospülhebel kommt Wasser (undicht) - Wasser in Waschbecken und Badewanne fließt nicht problemlos ab - Eines von vier Leuchtmitteln im Badezimmer fehlt - Lackierung der Badezimmertür blättert ab - Die Fenster sind sehr schmutzig, undicht, lassen sich teilweise nicht öffnen oder fallen direkt wieder zu. Außerdem isolieren sie weder gegen Kälte noch gegen den Lärm von draußen (Klimaanlagen auf dem Dach gegenüber). - Die Küche ist nur minimal ausgestattet und hat offensichtlich einen Wasserschaden hinter sich. - Löcher im Fußboden - Sofas haben Risse und sind stark abgenutzt - Löcher in den Wänden - Wohnungstür schließt nicht richtig - Nicht sauber unter Bett und Schreibtisch - Klimatisierung funktioniert schlecht
Great spot! I went on reddit because I didn't trust all the 5 star reviews on airbnb and I saw there was some bad reviews about the cleanliness and ease of checking in, but this was not our experience at all! Parking was kind of bad but that's just the city life. It was extremely easy to find and check into. After we got inside we were extremely satisfied by how clean the apartment was and the beautiful view.
Overall, we enjoyed our stay at this lodging. The location is superb, right across from the Boston Commons. This apartment is also within a 2-3 minute walk of 2 subway stops, and it is within walking distance of an abundance of diverse restaurants and eateries. If you're thinking in terms of location, location, location, this place is for you. However, there are some cons: -While the location is superb, there are constant honking cars and lots of sirens. You can even faintly hear the screech of the subway. During the day, this is no problem, but such noises sometimes make it difficult to sleep at night. -The shower is still slow to drain and the toilet lever still leaks with every flush. -The apartment did not come furnished with supplies at first, lacking enough towels, soap, shampoo, toilet paper, BUT all credit to our great host, who was extremely responsive and able to get us supplies within a reasonable time. With all that said, we still really enjoyed our stay here!
