Great location, and easy check in. Our apartment was upgraded to a larger one as our booked apartment needed a repair. Very clean, and comfortable beds. No blinds on 2 windows- great for a night view of city but not for AM light. Eye masks saved the day.
Better than the pictures. The location was excellent. Right next to the T. Fans to help with city noise. Just note check- in is not until 5:00 pm. We found a place to store our luggage through Bounce that was actually located on the same block for only $5 per bag. Lots of food options just outside the door.
The address listed is not correct. When departing our limo driver had to text me to verify the correct address. No communication on how to actually get in the building. Inside the building is an unhelpful attendant. The Lobby is filled with what appears to be boxed furniture. Once you get into the rickety elevators and to the room is where it really goes sideways. The pictures online are not even close to the reality all the way to the point that the kitchen cabinets aren't even the same color (not sure where the sales pictures were taken). The space is VERY worn down. This building seems to house students from the nearby college so maybe that's what they expect. The bathroom is very small and the Tub/shower is nasty. Rusty and no stopper. The drop ceilings are badly worn and really low rent for such an expensive place. The refrigerator on the outside looked like it had been through a shelling. The inside was surprisingly clean. All appliances, cabinets, floors, were extremely dated and very low quality. The main room (which is a living room with couches and the TV) has the second bed in it. Zero privacy. The actual bedroom is private but has a smaller bed. We've done many rentals in the US and around the world and have seen nothing like this. For this property I wouldn't pay a 10th of the price that we paid for it. And I would not have done it if the sales pictures were accurate. Very displeased with the experience.
