City apartment, walkable to Boston Common, Public Park, Beacon Hill, Newberry St, Freedom Trail and South End. Quick Uber to dinner in the North End. Right over a Starbucks and across the street from a Tate Bakery. The apartment is older but has been decorated smartly. The elevator was slow, but the convenience of the building made up for it. There is city noise in the evening, but it quieted overnight, and with the blackout curtains, we all slept well. Evonify was responsive and provided what we needed in a timely fashion. We’d rent it again.
Sitio acogedor, limpio y anfitrión atento. Volvería a quedarme ahí sin problema
Appreciated the two beds which was hard to find. Place is a great location on the corner of Boston Common. We were able to easily walk the city, find great restaurants, and enjoy morning walks in both the Common and Gardens. Place does need an upgrade in the kitchen. The kitchen drawers were broken and if planning to cook meals here you’ll probably be disappointed in the kitchen. Otherwise management was great and responded immediately to a few things that needed attention.
