- Located in Downtown Boston Theatre District Area.
- Few steps away from the Orange Line Downtown Crossing.
- 2 mins walking to Green Line Train Boylston Station.
- 5 mins walking to Red Line Train.
- Few steps away to the Commons Park.
The apartment:
- 1x king size bed, 1x queen size bed, and 1x full size sofa bed.
- 4 guests MAX.
- 1x full bathroom.
- Fully equipped kitchen.
- Self flexible check-in.
- Laundry is available in the building. You will have to pay for it separately.
Parking:
- No Parking on premise. It is your responsibility to find parking.
- We don't advise driving in Boston. Parking can be extremely expensive and a big hassle.
Check-in:
- Please adhere to the check-in time on your reservation.
- Early check-in is available for a small fee. It can be requested on our portal.
- 1pm Late check-out is available for a small fee. It can be requested on our portal.
- Early check-in and late check-out is subject to availability if requested last minute.
Pets:
- Pets are not allowed.
Things to Note:
- This reservation may be subject to a refundable security deposit, not more than $350. This is a requirement from our insurance.
- 28 nights+ reservations are subject to a $2500 refundable security deposit.
- Subject to street noise due to location. You're in downtown Boston and the location is very noisy at all hours.
- You will encounter homeless people. You're in downtown.
- We are required to obtain a copy of your ID until checkout. You can submit it on our portal after making the reservation.
- We have a doorbell camera.
- Any attempt of throwing a party will result in immediate termination.
- Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment or the building.
- This reservation will be canceled if you have a violent criminal history. Our system automatically checks.
- AC is unavailable between October 15th and May 5th.
I am generally a positive person, but this host is genuinely terrible. They failed to pay for electricity during our stay, causing a power outage for over 24 hours, the temperature to become unsafe, eventually ending in us vacating the apartment 2 weeks early because AirBnB advised us that the conditions were unsafe. The host failed to respond to many requests for help and had no plan to reimburse us. AirBnB eventually stepped in and forced Evonify to pay the right reimbursement for the damages they caused. The apartment also had tons of dirt, dust, and hair all over the apartment when we arrived. Evonify should be taken down from AirBnB for not meeting AirBnB standards. Not paying for electricity, giving unsanitary apartments, and not responding to guests in times of utmost need are all terrible offenses of AirBnB policy - any one of which would deem a host as incapable of housing guests.
