We started off a little rough with the AC not working on a 90 degree day. I called the phone number provided in the checkin directions. No answer but I did receive a text and let them know the issue. An HVAC repair person was in the apartment within one hour and got the system up and running. The apartment is older but clean and much more space than you would get in a hotel room for a similar price. The location can’t be beat. We would stay here again.
The location was superb. Right across from Boston Common and a 15-20 minute T ride to most tourist destinations (Fenway, Harvard, Aquarium, etc.). Dining area only has 3 seats (we had 5 guests). Just something to consider. The building next door is under construction, so if you’re a light sleeper, keep that in mind— it woke us up at some points. Relatively tight common spaces, but it’s a city so nothing unexpected. Late/early check-in is extra cost, so a slight annoyance, but that’s due to the corporate booking. Overall a good stay and a pretty good price compared to other comparable listings.
Good communication with host company & easy check in and check out. Great location across from Boston Commons! Small apartment with good size bedrooms ( 1 king, one queen) sleep-able sofa and an air mattress in the closet. Very small kitchen and bathroom is not updated- but serviceable. Plenty of towels and extra pillows. Some items were missing: no ice cube trays or ice, no wine glasses, no tissues, extra paper towels or body wash. Coffee& filters were available for guest use. Shampoo & Conditioner supplied. This apartment ( right across the street from Park St station) is very accessible by public transportation! You can easily take the subway to/from Boston Logan Airport with a short ride on the green & blue line! All subway attendants can help you with directions! The people in Boston were so friendly and willing to help visitors. We also took the subway to Cambridge to visit Harvard!
