- Few steps away from the Orange Line Downtown Crossing.
- 2 mins walking to Green Line Train Boylston Station.
- 5 mins walking to Red Line Train.

The apartment:
- 1x queen size bed, and 1x full size sofa bed
- 3 guests MAX.
- 1x full bathroom.
- Fully equipped kitchen.
- Self flexible check-in.
- Laundry is available in the building. You will have to pay for it separately.
Parking:
- No Parking on premise. It is your responsibility to find parking.
- We don't advise driving in Boston. Parking can be extremely expensive and a big hassle.
Check-in:
- Please adhere to the check-in time on your reservation.
- Early check-in is available for a small fee. It can be requested on our portal.
- 1pm Late check-out is available for a small fee. It can be requested on our portal.
- Early check-in and late check-out is subject to availability if requested last minute.
Pets:
- Pets are not allowed.
Things to Note:
- This reservation may be subject to a refundable security deposit, not more than $350. This is a requirement from our insurance.
- 28 nights+ reservations are subject to a $2500 refundable security deposit.
- Subject to street noise due to location. You're in downtown Boston and the location is very noisy at all hours.
- You will encounter homeless people. You're in downtown.
- We are required to obtain a copy of your ID until checkout. You can submit it on our portal after making the reservation.
- We have a doorbell camera.
- Any attempt of throwing a party will result in immediate termination.
- Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment or the building.
- This reservation will be canceled if you have a violent criminal history. Our system automatically checks.
- AC is unavailable between October 15th and May 5th.

I had a great stay at this apartment! Awesome location in close proximity to sites and the subway system. Very clean and very easy check-in and check out instructions. I would not hesitate to stay here again!
The air conditioner wasn't working, and since it was hot weather, the temperature in our room was 85 Degrees at night. We were so hot and uncomfortable. My husband called Evonify and complained about the heat. We were told that they would bring us two fans for our room, but no one ever brought them. We tried opening our window, but the traffic noise on the street was very disruptive for sleeping as well. Because we slept so poorly in the heat, we missed some of our Sunday morning vacation plans. When my husband called them about the air conditioning problem, We were told by Evonify that they would give us back 30% of our payment due to the problems, but so far they have not credited it back to our card. The mattress is also very firm compared to what we were used to. The lobby and hallways were not too clean, as they looked like they could use a good vacuum. This is a bare bones kind of place. An efficiency. For my husband and I, We had two bath towels for three days. There was no provided shampoo, conditioner, lotion, bottled water or coffee for the morning. I am not one to usually give bad reviews, but we have stayed in quite a few Airbnb's and would have expected a better experience based on previous stays. And we are still waiting for our refund.
