Great location! The apartment complex itself seemed a little rundown. The inside of the AirBnB seemed a little old with some trash and dead bugs on the floor. The wifi was very shakey. The location was amazing and it was so close to everything and right by Boston Commons. It is right by Emerson college too so it is fun for college age visitors. Lastly, the price splitting between 6 people was very reasonable. Thank you Evonify!
Best part about this place was the location in terms of being nearby and walking distance to downtown (about 20 minutes). I was a bit worried about check in process after reading a few other reviews but ultimately instructions were strong and fairly easy to get into spot and parking around the area was reasonable. Apartment itself felt a bit dated and a bit darker of a space than anticipated, but since we were mainly using it to sleep, it was good enough for our stay. If you are looking for a place to relax and enjoy the actual air bnb, I wouldn’t say this is the spot for you, but I would recommend it as a good location and good home base
I gave it a 5 star rating because the location and customer service were top notch! Super close to the "T", great shopping and restaurants, and very walkable. Felt like a safe neighborhood. It was quiet at night. The windows face a brick wall, but we weren't in the apartment enough to care. Great TV. The check is is a little hinky. They say "self check in", which to me, means I go and enter a code and get in. I do it without other human intervention. But in reality, you have to walk a block down the street to a different building, pick up the key and then let yourself into the building with this key. From that point, it is self check in. The apartment itself needs alot of work. Because of so many deferred maintenance items, sometimes it was hard to tell if it was clean or not. The bed got a C+. Not comfy, but not horrible. The closets were jam packed with other items, that I couldn't use them for clothes.
