The other reviews on this place are pretty spot on…positives- awesome location- right on the commons/T stop, clean, very responsive building manager who was willing to do what they could to rectify any issues we had, the price was reasonable even on a graduation weekend…negatives- common areas of building are not well maintained, some of the units are smaller than others so it’s luck of the draw on size and some of the units are worn down/in need of updating, there’s no A/C and it can feel like a sauna in there even with the fans provided.
The check in process wasn’t so bad, it would be nice if staff allowed to leave luggage for those with earlier fights. Luckily I rented a storage room next door at the ups store using bounce.com Layout was a bit different from what’s shown in the room. The AC was running all day and the rooms and living room were still very warm. Airbnb towels didn’t seem to be freshly cleaned. Aside from those three things I pointed above, the Airbnb was good. Close to park train station and close to Chinatown.
The place was serviceable. However, we had a few issues. The place gets very hot and the central ac is not very powerful. Also, we ran through a roll of toilet paper and the only spare was under the sink and had sustained water damage. Lastly, there were not enough blankets for our traveling companion sleeping on the couch.
