The apartment:
- 2x queen size beds
- 4 guests MAX.
- 1x full bathroom.
- This apartment doesn't have any views. The windows overlook other buildings.
- Fully equipped kitchen.
- Self flexible check-in.
- Laundry is available in the building. You will have to pay for it separately.
Parking:
- No Parking on premise. It is your responsibility to find parking.
- We don't advise driving in Boston. Parking can be extremely expensive and a big hassle.
Check-in:
- Please adhere to the check-in time on your reservation.
- Early check-in is available for a small fee. It can be requested on our portal.
- 1pm Late check-out is available for a small fee. It can be requested on our portal.
- Early check-in and late check-out is subject to availability if requested last minute.
Pets:
- Pets are not allowed.
Things to Note:
- This reservation may be subject to a refundable security deposit, not more than $350. This is a requirement from our insurance.
- 28 nights+ reservations are subject to a $2500 refundable security deposit.
- Subject to street noise due to location. You're in downtown Boston and the location is very noisy at all hours.
- You will encounter homeless people. You're in downtown.
- We are required to obtain a copy of your ID until checkout. You can submit it on our portal after making the reservation.
- We have a doorbell camera.
- Any attempt of throwing a party will result in immediate termination.
- Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment or the building.
- This reservation will be canceled if you have a violent criminal history. Our system automatically checks.
- AC is unavailable between October 15th and May 5th.

Appartement très bien placé. Néanmoins, deux problèmes: 1. il y a plusieurs appartements qui correspondent à la même annonce qui ne sont pas tous équivalents: en ce qui nous concerne, on était dans les bas étages il n’y avait presque aucune lumière naturelle. 2. Pas possible d’utiliser la machine à laver et pas de solution proposée par le propriétaire.
The communication of the hosts was spot-on, replies came within minutes of our questions/concerns. This is a spacious 2-bedroom, 1 bath facility. The beds are comfortable and the shower was very nice with soft water - bonus! It is located in a decent neighborhood with a bakery, Starbucks and CVS within steps of your front door. Many reviews mentioned a homeless shelter across the street but we found it to be of no concern. We thought the location was good for rhe cost of the Airbnb. We found it easy to walk to most anywhere we wanted to go. We had 2 lovely parks just across the street - we visited the Public Gardens several times. On the downside, we did not find many restaurants in our immediate area so expect a bit of a walk to find the nicer restaurants. Do take advantage of the Freedom Trail guided tour - it was worth every penny. Also, and very important for us, we felt very safe in the neighborhood and our building. The amenities are somewhat lacking - no coffee filters, ice, few dishes. As mentioned, the beds are quite comfortable but the living room furniture is the opposite of comfortable! All-in-all, we would stay here again but with slighty lower expectations.
There’s good value in this unit. Host communicated well before and during my stay. Clean and comfortable for our long weekend. Biggest issue is safety on this block; a lot of people loitering day and night, especially uncomfortable between 9pm - 6am.
