Good location. Parking is not great. Cars were smashed in the street and parking garage across the road was very expensive.
Excellent location, a bit tricky with only one bathroom but we managed. Starbucks at the corner, park a block away and subway only a short walk.
Price can't be beat for this area. Our 3rd floor apartment was satisfactory, we just needed a place to crash after our adventuring. Surface clean throughout, did notice some signs of wear in the unit as it's an older building. Other reviews were right about the heat/thermostat situation. It was too hot even for the cool/rainy spring days that we stayed. Can't imagine staying there in the summer. We didn't feel safe opening all the windows as some of them have direct access into the unit from the very sketchy exterior corridor (major signs of partying/drug use). The common spaces (elevators/hallways) often had trash and didn't smell great. But none of these things were deal breakers, again, because the price was the great for the area. Beds are comfortable, kitchenette is fully stocked, location is perfect for walking or catching the train. Parking in the area is very expensive, so plan for that. Overall, met our needs and would stay here again. Don't expect anything fancy and you won't be disappointed.
