The apartment is really nice. It was clean and comfortable. Excellent location for tourism.
The unit was not reflective of that in the pictures shown. It’s very run down, many fixtures need to be repaired. Leaky shower head, peeling vanity, one of the bedrooms has a broken light, there is just so much work that needs to go into making the unit reflective of what the pictures show. Had to reach out to the host to have them clean the unit, they were very responsive; even then it was a quick wipe down. Stained bed sheets, towels and terribly dirty rugs. There was a sign in the bathroom asking to use the black towels for makeup removal. I didn’t know it was a communal towel, a single towel that had the last guests makeup all over it. This is in the theater district so the location relative to the T and other attractions is great, however it’s in a very unsafe area. Across the street is the homeless shelter and there is so much yelling going on at night. Can’t open the windows because of the cigarette smell, marijuana and urine. I wouldn’t recommend staying here with kids.
Excellent stay! Fantastic location in a great city
