- Located in Downtown Boston Theatre District Area.
- Few steps away from the Orange Line Downtown Crossing.
- 2 mins walking to Green Line Train Boylston Station.
- 5 mins walking to Red Line Train.
- Few steps away to the Commons Park.
The apartment:
- 2x queen size beds
- 4 guests MAX.
- 1x full bathroom.
- Fully equipped kitchen.
- Self flexible check-in.
- Laundry is available in the building. You will have to pay for it separately.
Parking:
- No Parking on premise. It is your responsibility to find parking.
- We don't advise driving in Boston. Parking can be extremely expensive and a big hassle.
Check-in:
- Please adhere to the check-in time on your reservation.
- Early check-in is available for a small fee. It can be requested on our portal.
- 1pm Late check-out is available for a small fee. It can be requested on our portal.
- Early check-in and late check-out is subject to availability if requested last minute.
Pets:
- Pets are not allowed.
Things to Note:
- This reservation may be subject to a refundable security deposit, not more than $350. This is a requirement from our insurance.
- 28 nights+ reservations are subject to a $2500 refundable security deposit.
- Subject to street noise due to location. You're in downtown Boston and the location is very noisy at all hours.
- You will encounter homeless people. You're in downtown.
- We are required to obtain a copy of your ID until checkout. You can submit it on our portal after making the reservation.
- We have a doorbell camera. Any attempt of throwing a party will result in immediate termination and we will press charges.
- Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment or the building.
- This reservation will be canceled if you have a violent criminal history. Our system automatically checks.
- AC is unavailable between October 15th and May 5th.
So the actual apartment is ok love the space. The paint on walls is looking like some water damage is happening on the roof. The bathroom slide door was broken has tape and when I attempted to close it to shower not knowing I cut my hand. Paint is coming off walls and inside the shower. The shower head doesn’t work correctly and needs some type of plastic so it doesn’t leak. One of the chairs in the dining room was super flimsy of course the first one I chose to sit in. The bed has a large hole in the middle which didn’t allow me to sleep correctly. It pulls you into the middle very uncomfortable. I was dissatisfied but I needed somewhere to crash
We booked evonify’s apartment about 3 weeks ago for a weekend to stay in Boston. Two hours before the check in we suddenly got a message that we were not able to check in and stay at the apartment because the last guest had just taken a covid test and that would not be responsible of course. I asked evonify if he could recommend me any other places to stay but unfortunately we never got a respond to this. He told us we will get our money back but it’s already been a few days since that and I haven’t seen anything of it yet, so all I can say so far is that it was really disappointing.
Photos are much more better than real life. Especially bathroom. Also there are no spoons at the kitchen, so if you want to eat cereals or soup, it’s better to take your own with you or buy plastic. Windows are really bad, wind goes through them, so it’s very cold and you have to use the heater all time. The heater is really noisy, so it’s hard to sleep. The best part of this place is its location, it’s perfect for tourist. The building outside also looks beautiful. Communication with owner was good.
