- 2 mins walking to Green Line Train Boylston Station.

- Few steps away to the Commons Park.
The apartment:
- 2x queen size beds
- 4 guests MAX.
- 1x full bathroom.
- Fully equipped kitchen.
- Self flexible check-in.
- Laundry is available in the building. You will have to pay for it separately.
Parking:
- No Parking on premise. It is your responsibility to find parking.
- We don't advise driving in Boston. Parking can be extremely expensive and a big hassle.
Check-in:
- Please adhere to the check-in time on your reservation.
- Early check-in is available for a small fee. It can be requested on our portal.
- 1pm Late check-out is available for a small fee. It can be requested on our portal.
- Early check-in and late check-out is subject to availability if requested last minute.
Pets:
- Pets are not allowed.
Things to Note:
- This reservation may be subject to a refundable security deposit, not more than $350. This is a requirement from our insurance.
- 28 nights+ reservations are subject to a $2500 refundable security deposit.
- Subject to street noise due to location. You're in downtown Boston and the location is very noisy at all hours.
- You will encounter homeless people. You're in downtown.
- We are required to obtain a copy of your ID until checkout. You can submit it on our portal after making the reservation.
- We have a doorbell camera. Any attempt of throwing a party will result in immediate termination and we will press charges.
- Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment or the building.
- This reservation will be canceled if you have a violent criminal history. Our system automatically checks.
- AC is unavailable between October 15th and May 5th.

We had a really great stay! TLDR: Lovely living room/kitchen in a convenient location and great cancellation policy but bathroom is not good. Pros: Living room is pretty close to how it’s pictured, it’s very beautiful and tall ceiling feels nice. Definitely my favorite part of the place! The kitchen had everything we needed to make breakfast, tea and coffee every morning (water heater, coffee, toaster, blender, spice rack, pots/pans, etc) The bed was comfy and sits tall, we watched Netflix/Hulu on the Roku with no issues, Wi-Fi was fine. The water pressure in the shower is great! Evonify was very responsive to our messages and it was great to have the option of early check in/out (with a fee). I found the concierge in the lobby to be just fine, he’s not going to be your best friend but he seems to do his job just fine. Location is honestly amazing, we walking a lot of the city with no issues. If location is important to you I’d consider this place. Cons: The noise can be a lot at night since I’m a light sleeper but earplugs work fine and I expected this going in after reading other reviews. Most of our issues come down to the bathroom, which I didn’t think would be so bad when I read other reviews since I’m not a very particular person. The bathroom definitely looks different than what’s pictured and for what you’re paying that may be important for you to know. While the rest of the place is 5 stars the bathroom is barely 3. White paint chipping off the walls to reveal blue tiles underneath, some rusty, the shower door got stuck a few times, no exhaust fan (which might just be normal for these apartments idk) and no mirror. I kept running from the bathroom to the living room mirror to do my makeup. I just feel like some of these issues even I could fix easily. We did have maintenance come in while we were out to fix the shower door which is nice. Hopefully this helps you decide based on your priorities!
Great location
Highly recommend this place! Very well located. Clean and hommy space. Minor thing is that the bathroom could have a bit more isolation from the cold (specially as the windows let the heat leave and feel the cold inside).
