- Located in Downtown Boston Theatre District Area.
- Few steps away from the Orange Line Downtown Crossing.
- 2 mins walking to Green Line Train Boylston Station.
- 5 mins walking to Red Line Train.
- Few steps away to the Commons Park.
The apartment:
- 1x king size bed and 1x full size sofa bed
- 3 guests MAX.
- 1x full bathroom.
- Fully equipped kitchen.
- Self flexible check-in.
- Laundry is available in the building. You will have to pay for it separately.
Parking:
- No Parking on premise. It is your responsibility to find parking.
- We don't advise driving in Boston. Parking can be extremely expensive and a big hassle.
Check-in:
- Please adhere to the check-in time on your reservation.
- Early check-in is available for a small fee. It can be requested on our portal.
- 1pm Late check-out is available for a small fee. It can be requested on our portal.
- Early check-in and late check-out is subject to availability if requested last minute.
Pets:
- Pets are not allowed.
Things to Note:
- This reservation may be subject to a refundable security deposit, not more than $350. This is a requirement from our insurance.
- 28 nights+ reservations are subject to a $2500 refundable security deposit.
- Subject to street noise due to location. You're in downtown Boston and the location is very noisy at all hours.
- You will encounter homeless people. You're in downtown.
- We are required to obtain a copy of your ID until checkout. You can submit it on our portal after making the reservation.
- We have a doorbell camera.
- Any attempt of throwing a party will result in immediate termination.
- Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment or the building.
- This reservation will be canceled if you have a violent criminal history. Our system automatically checks.
- AC is unavailable between October 15th and May 5th.
The space was very well-kept, and had nice personal touches that made the stay very welcoming. Simple and cozy location right next to Boston Commons. Loved it!
The WiFi quit sometime during our first evening in Boston. It took someone from Evonify customer service almost 9 hours to respond. Evonify provides an email with check-in instructions, but no one answers their phone number (it’s a VM) or emails in a timely manner. They responded to a message on the AirB&B system, but they don’t inform you which is the best way to contact them - the email/VM or through normal AirB&B messaging. As a result, we lost the ability to work remotely for an entire day. The location of this building is terrible. Junkies and heroin addicts are everywhere around the area. Someone damaged our car trying to break-in while we were sleeping on the last night of our stay. Never again. Stay clear of Boylston at all costs.
We were really excited to spend time at this beautiful apartment but were ultimately disappointed by the experience and subsequent response from customer service. There were a lot of quirks with the place: - There was no internal doorknob for the master bedroom and we literally got locked inside. We had to call a third person to get us out. -The blow up mattress did not come with sheets - The wifi, tv and floor lights were not hooked up and there were some difficulties with the electrical sockets. It took us 30 min to figure out. - Discrepancies in street address mentioned (on Airbnb) and actual address. Upon addressing these issues with Evonify and asking for partial refund for troubles they asked if we had a screenshot of the doorknob (to prove our experience.) I did not, and from there, Evonify totally ghosted my request. I wouldn’t recommend working with these guys.
