Unit was just as described. I visited Boston for a conference being held at the Boston Convention and Exhibition Center, with public transportation the venue was only about 20 minutes away. You can buy a 7-day transportation pass for $22.50 that will get you around Boston. I felt safe in this location and it was nice to have a park literally right across the street. The unit was more spacious than expected based on the photos. There is an entry way with a bench and wall-mounted coat rack, the bedroom and bathroom are a good size for downtown Boston. There is also a washer/dryer located on each floor that takes a reloadable card (card provided by owner). I did not experience much noise at night, though I do travel with a white noise machine, but even before turning on the white noise I was pleasantly surprised that there was not a lot of city noise. Perhaps because this unit is located on the 7th floor of the building. I also never heard any neighbors while in the unit. The host, Evonify, was extremely responsive and answered all questions within a matter of hours. Would definitely stay here again.
Very cute and trendy apartment! It was much bigger than we thought it would be from the pictures. Only complaint was the location. It was very close to the Boston commons parking garage which was good. However the park draws a rougher crowd at night and that wasn’t ideal walking back from downtown. We were very glad we could bring our pet and had no issues with that.
Great location if you want to be by the common. Have to walk a lot or take the T to get many places. Old apartment. No pull out couch. Loud at night.
