Super locaty, right on the corner of Boston Common. The bedroom is really spacious and the apartment is well resourced in terms of appliances etc. It was all very clean and there was plenty of extra towels etc. The elevator is next to the apartment so you could hear it from the loving room but it really wasn't too bad and you get used to it very quickly. It didn't affect our sleep as you couldn't really hear it with the bedroom door closed. The air con machine is quite noisy too, but it wasn't too hot during our stay so we hardly used it. All in all, a great little apparment right in the heart of Boston.
As others have noted, apt is clean and well-located. The apt is very basic, on top floor of old building. Communication was great and check in super easy. The unit, though, needs a tune-up. The bedroom curtains do not block bright early morning light; the kitchen flooring was peeling; the bathroom needs updating. If paying $200-$250, this would be a good deal. We paid more, so for us not a good value. But again— clean and well located .
Everything’s so good except for the noise of the elevator is a little bit loud. The host is nice, the room is fantastic, and the location is super convenient.
