The apartment:
- 1x king size bed, and 1x full size sofa bed
- 3 guests MAX.
- 1x full bathroom.
- Fully equipped kitchen.
- Self flexible check-in.
- Laundry is available in the building. You will have to pay for it separately.
Parking:
- No Parking on premise. It is your responsibility to find parking.
- We don't advise driving in Boston. Parking can be extremely expensive and a big hassle.
Check-in:
- Please adhere to the check-in time on your reservation.
- Early check-in is available for a small fee. It can be requested on our portal.
- 1pm Late check-out is available for a small fee. It can be requested on our portal.
- Early check-in and late check-out is subject to availability if requested last minute.
Pets:
- Pets are not allowed.
Things to Note:
- This reservation may be subject to a refundable security deposit, not more than $350. This is a requirement from our insurance.
- 28 nights+ reservations are subject to a $2500 refundable security deposit.
- Subject to street noise due to location. You're in downtown Boston and the location is very noisy at all hours.
- You will encounter homeless people. You're in downtown.
- We are required to obtain a copy of your ID until checkout. You can submit it on our portal after making the reservation.
- We have a doorbell camera.
- Any attempt of throwing a party will result in immediate termination.
- Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment or the building.
- This reservation will be canceled if you have a violent criminal history. Our system automatically checks.
- AC is unavailable between October 15th and May 5th.

The apartment was in the perfect location to see the city, the Christmas lights, walking distance to everything. Great communication as well, very responsive.
I was in town for a week and this apartment was: Pros: The location is unbeatable . The bed and couch were comfy. It is a very old building but the apartment is ok , looks like the pictures. The couch is an old one might need a replacement. Cons : We did not have "light" in the bedroom during the week we stayed there, I wrote to Evonify every day, They always gave me an answer and apologies but never a solution. They came to fix it the last day we were there and as we were leaving the apartment they left so we spent 7 nights with no light in the bedroom.
The apartment in the listing that I booked was absolutely not the apartment I ended up with. The apartment in the listing was very modern (remodeled kitchen and bathroom). What I got was extremely worn and not updated. The kitchen floors were peeling up, the cabinets, counter tops and appliances were low end and well used. The bathroom had a drop industrial type ceiling, an industrial toilet (the kind that does not have a tank on the back, just pipes straight into the wall like in public bathrooms). The bathroom was overall quite dingy, there were hairs on the shower wall and what appeared to be a dried up contact lens stuck to the door. The shag rug in the bedroom looked dirty and had debris stuck in it (leaves and other things you could feel if you walk on it without shoes). As far as amenities, there was only a liquid soap dispenser in the bathroom that you had to move back and forth between the sink and shower. I. The kitchen there was enough coffee for one pot but no coffee filters. There were very small, very used and very limited pots/pans. There was not dish towel so we had to use paper towels to dry dishes. These is no dishwasher. Overall, I feel this place was falsely advertised. The management company seems to have several apartments in this building so perhaps the apartment in the pictures does exist, but it is not the one we received. On the positive side, the location is very central and the bed was quite comfortable.
