- Few steps away from the Orange Line Downtown Crossing.
- 2 mins walking to Green Line Train Boylston Station.
- 5 mins walking to Red Line Train.
- Few steps away to the Commons Park.
The apartment:
- 2x queen size beds
- 4 guests MAX.
- 2x full bathroom.
- This apartment doesn't have any views. The windows overlook other buildings.
- Fully equipped kitchen.
- Self flexible check-in.
- Laundry is available in the building. You will have to pay for it separately.
Parking:
- No Parking on premise. It is your responsibility to find parking.
- We don't advise driving in Boston. Parking can be extremely expensive and a big hassle.
Check-in:
- Please adhere to the check-in time on your reservation.
- Early check-in is available for a small fee. It can be requested on our portal.
- 1pm Late check-out is available for a small fee. It can be requested on our portal.
- Early check-in and late check-out is subject to availability if requested last minute.
Pets:
- Pets are not allowed.
Things to Note:
- This reservation may be subject to a refundable security deposit, not more than $350. This is a requirement from our insurance.
- 28 nights+ reservations are subject to a $2500 refundable security deposit.
- Subject to street noise due to location. You're in downtown Boston and the location is very noisy at all hours.
- You will encounter homeless people. You're in downtown.
- We are required to obtain a copy of your ID until checkout. You can submit it on our portal after making the reservation.
- We have a doorbell camera.
- Any attempt of throwing a party will result in immediate termination.
- Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment or the building.
- This reservation will be canceled if you have a violent criminal history. Our system automatically checks.
- AC is unavailable between October 15th and May 5th.
Book with them won’t regret it
Do not rent from the Evonify group. We were messaged on the day of our arrival that there was a maintenance issue and that we could not get into the condo on the first day of our stay. Airbnb was absolutely no help in finding alternative accommodation. When we were messaged that we could get into the condo, we found it occupied by the previous guests who had been there for 5 days. We were able to walk right in on the couple. Overall Airbnb has been unhelpful and unsympathetic. The condo was fine, clean, but lacking in basic amenities such as kitchen linens, dishwasher soap, etc.
If you are looking for location this place delivers. The communication was great. Beyond that this place does not meet expectations. The building is hot. There is no air conditioning. They do provide 2 rotating floor fans for ventilation. But even with the windows open they did not help much unless you were right in front of them. The kitchen was barely functional. There were only a few glasses and no flatware. So if you eat in or bring food back you’ll need to get disposable utensils. The plug in the master bath did not work. Luckily there was one on the wall outside the door that my hairdryer could reach and allow me to still see in the mirror. Bathroom linens were sparse. The apartment itself needs updating. I would not stay here again.
