The apartment:
- 2x queen size beds
- 4 guests MAX.
- 2x full bathroom.
- This apartment doesn't have any views. The windows overlook other buildings.
- Fully equipped kitchen.
- Self flexible check-in.
- Laundry is available in the building. You will have to pay for it separately.
Parking:
- No Parking on premise. It is your responsibility to find parking.
- We don't advise driving in Boston. Parking can be extremely expensive and a big hassle.
Check-in:
- Please adhere to the check-in time on your reservation.
- Early check-in is available for a small fee. It can be requested on our portal.
- 1pm Late check-out is available for a small fee. It can be requested on our portal.
- Early check-in and late check-out is subject to availability if requested last minute.
Pets:
- Pets are not allowed.
Things to Note:
- This reservation may be subject to a refundable security deposit, not more than $350. This is a requirement from our insurance.
- 28 nights+ reservations are subject to a $2500 refundable security deposit.
- Subject to street noise due to location. You're in downtown Boston and the location is very noisy at all hours.
- You will encounter homeless people. You're in downtown.
- We are required to obtain a copy of your ID until checkout. You can submit it on our portal after making the reservation.
- We have a doorbell camera.
- Any attempt of throwing a party will result in immediate termination.
- Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment or the building.
- This reservation will be canceled if you have a violent criminal history. Our system automatically checks.
- AC is unavailable between October 15th and May 5th.

These folks take great care to ensure we have all required information for a relaxing stay. The apartment was good vale for us and very well situated for our purposes in this area. We certainly would stay another time if the opportunity presents. Thank You Evonify!
I would highly recommend people to avoid this spot completely. Check in was a little complicated with trying to retrieve the key to open the main door. Also, it is very unsafe to give the key back if you’re leaving early in the morning. I had a 5 AM flight, walking at night from one building to the other, seemed very dangerous. The place is a great space, but is not taken care of. Needs a lot of TLC. In the bathrooms, the grout is completely peeling off. Both beds in the rooms are either not assembled properly or they are broken. You can tell by the legs of the beds. Some of the furniture is broken as well such as the dresser drawer in the master bedroom. There’s also not a lot of room to put your stuff in the closet, because they already have stuff in the closet. The AC did not work. It was colder outside then inside, so we had to open up the windows. But I had to be careful of my service animal, because the windows do not have any screens on them. I was afraid that my service animal would fall out the window in a five story building. I also noticed that there is a water Stains on the floor from the AC and little spots that could be mold on the ceiling’s. Definitely an unsafe environment for children and animals. there also is supposed to be a laundry room on Sage, but they did not give us the correct directions to use the washer and dryer. The units have been updated to mobile, but there is no a cellular or Wi-Fi service in the basement to use your mobile device for the washer and dryer. I contacted them about it and still to this day have not heard any solution about it. There goes my money on an app that was wasted. My opinion on this place, is that it’s overpriced and not taken care of. You do not want to stay here, you can find a better place. Just do your research.
