Exactly as described, perfectly centrally located, amazing customer service! (There was no blow dryer in my room, so they brought me a new one within a few hours). I am grateful to have found this affordable gem:)
The check-in was unlike any other place I’ve stayed, it was kind of like checking into a college dorm. Rooms are well-kept and cozy. Easy access to the T, and lots to do in the surrounding area.
This accommodation is run by a corporate property management group. They will force you to communicate outside of the Airbnb app. They also collect personal data, and their terms and conditions are so long it's absurd to think most people could understand them even if guests had the time to read it all. Security was joke; front desk was busy helping fix broken elevator and I was able to walk past them easily. Lock of the apt is electronic and network connected, so it's much less secure than a traditional door lock. Apt itself was large, clean and quiet.
