Great hosts, great room
We chose this place d/t its location across from Boston Common and a midway point between Copley Square and Fanuel Hall. We were able to walk everywhere we wanted and finding the place was super easy. The instructions to get into the building and then the apartment were also super easy. These apartments are small though. Like a glorified hotel room really with a kitchenette. But it served our purpose beautifully as we didn't book it to stay in our room all day. The room itself, while the dimensions were accurate, the look wasn't as warm as the picture posted on Airbnb. It's a little worn out and the walls are all white and bare. The windows were filthy, on the outside, but that's a building problem not Evonify. And being at this location, we heard all the cars, sirens, people laughing and talking outside because the window wasn't closed all the way. The window looked closed, but you can see that the bottom window didn't match up with the upper window and so locking it was impossible.
