Great location, walking distance from Chinatown. This place isn't in the best condition. It's old and a bit run-down. It's an apartment in a residential building. However, if you just need an affordable place to stay when you're in Boston for a few nights/you're going to be out during the day, this is great. Pros: location, price, has TV, table + 2 chairs, closet with hangers, body wash, dishes, fridge, etc. Cons: The bed is dented in the middle and you sink when you lay down. The sink makes a loud squeaking sound when you turn it on. During our stay, there was an announcement to evacuate because of a fire- Thankfully, it was nothing major. The water pressure is very low. I would come again/recommend this place but there are better options out there if you want a more luxurious experience!
Great place in a perfect location. The host was responsive and check in was easy. We could walk to everything! The only issue was that there was no parking and the local garages were expensive! This was not the host’s fault. Parking was a nightmare EVERWHERE in Boston, not just in this neighborhood. But make sure you budget extra for parking. I would recommend this host to any traveler. Five stars
Very disappointed the pull out couch had no sheets or extra blankets. Although we put that there would be 4 guests total for just a pull out couch and a bed. It said shampoo and conditioner would be included and there was two almost empty conditioner bottles. The table top was sticky and the window was letting in air although closed all the way. Fine for last minute but wouldn’t recommend or stay again
