The apartment:
- 1x queen size bed.

- Laundry is available in the building. You will have to pay for it separately.
Parking:
- No Parking on premise. It is your responsibility to find parking.
- We don't advise driving in Boston. Parking can be extremely expensive and a big hassle.
Check-in:
- Please adhere to the check-in time on your reservation.
- Early check-in is available for a small fee. It can be requested on our portal.
- 1pm Late check-out is available for a small fee. It can be requested on our portal.
- Early check-in and late check-out is subject to availability if requested last minute.
Pets:
- Pets are not allowed.
Things to Note:

- 28 nights+ reservations are subject to a $2500 refundable security deposit.
- Subject to street noise due to location. You're in downtown Boston and the location is very noisy at all hours.
- You will encounter homeless people. You're in downtown.
- We are required to obtain a copy of your ID until checkout. You can submit it on our portal after making the reservation.
- We have a doorbell camera.
- Any attempt of throwing a party will result in immediate termination.
- Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment or the building.
- This reservation will be canceled if you have a violent criminal history. Our system automatically checks.
- AC is unavailable between October 15th and May 5th.
Avoid all listings by Evonify, if you can. We were put on a place different than the listing (which didn't have a kitchen as the listing showed, or the microwave, and the dishwasher). Instead of a window blind, this place had a sheet of plastic duct taped around the window frame, which made us wonder if we were walking into a scene from Santa Clarita Diet. The host said a bunch of times that they would fix the window blind situation (in the large, street-facing window), but never did. As for the missing/inaccurate listing -- they either ignored our messages or tried to convince us that it IS the right place! Even the basic amenities such as hand soap and a bathmat were absent when we got there. And so was the key fob needed to enter the building at night, and the card required to do laundry. One of Evonify's 'agents' eventually brought some of those items, including a laundry card that was actually for a different apartment building and so didn't work. While they didn't take care of our concerns (we weren't able to sleep well because of the missing window blind), or completely ignored our messages about the missing amenities (e.g., the microwave), we were flooded with automated emails trying to upsell us to do early check in/late check out. We stayed in many Airbnb's -- this is the first highly regrettable experience.
The location is perfect!! Steps from the Boston Common and Public Garden! Easy communication and quick responses. We had a great time!
Good spot with privicy
