stayed 5 nights - the heating did sometimes just not work and it would only cold air into the room instead. The only window next to the bed is leaky and you can feel it on cold days (became sick during my stay). You are supposed to get a fob for getting into the building after 9pm but for some reason I did not get one and had sometimes to wait up to 5-10 mins until the concierge will let me in.
Overall this is a good place to stay. Pros include cost (cheaper than all the hotels in the area), location, check in was really easy, communication was quick, and it was relatively clean and safe. Now the not so great. The building and room are very old and outdated, only the very basics are there, the chairs are all falling apart, the curtain rod is makeshift and pulled down when we lightly tired to open it. The lighting is terrible. I tried to work at the kitchen table but the lamps are terrible. If you want a cheap place in a good location go for it but do not expect luxury.
Great apartment close to everything. Will definitely be staying here again
