The apartment:
- 2x king size bed and 1x Sofa bed.
- the bigger bedroom is a bedroom and livingroom
- 5 guests MAX.

- Fully equipped kitchen.
- Self flexible check-in.
- Laundry is available in the building. You will have to pay for it separately.
Parking:
- No Parking on premise. It is your responsibility to find parking.
- We don't advise driving in Boston. Parking can be extremely expensive and a big hassle.
Check-in:
- Please adhere to the check-in time on your reservation.
- Early check-in is available for a small fee. It can be requested on our portal.
- 1pm Late check-out is available for a small fee. It can be requested on our portal.
- Early check-in and late check-out is subject to availability if requested last minute.
Pets:
- Pets are not allowed.
Things to Note:
- This reservation may be subject to a refundable security deposit, not more than $350. This is a requirement from our insurance.
- 28 nights+ reservations are subject to a $2500 refundable security deposit.
- Subject to street noise due to location. You're in downtown Boston and the location is very noisy at all hours.
- You will encounter homeless people. You're in downtown.
- We are required to obtain a copy of your ID until checkout. You can submit it on our portal after making the reservation.
- We have a doorbell camera.
- Any attempt of throwing a party will result in immediate termination.
- Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment or the building.
- This reservation will be canceled if you have a violent criminal history. Our system automatically checks.
- AC is unavailable between October 15th and May 5th.

Great place, awesome location and value. A little noisy at night. Neighbors and the street kept us up. I’d assume they were typical sounds for a downtown city, just wished there was a way to reduce the noise.
Our stay in the apartment was not as expected. The apartment conditions regarding cleanliness were very disappointing. - Insufficient eating utensils (only 3 forks were available… we were 4) which were also dirty. - The coffee maker didn’t work properly (it had to be held upwards for the coffee to come out) - Overall, the kitchen wasn't clean, so we had to wash absolutely everything. - The floors were sticky. - The WiFi didn’t work; it was impossible to get a signal, and we spent over thirty minutes with Airbnb's customer service. We had to use the signal from another apartment. - The toaster was very dirty. - There were ants in the bathroom, indicating poor cleanliness. - There was no broom or mop for cleaning. - Apparently there was a deadline for requesting a late checkout that we were told about only after the deadline (24+ hours before). - As a positive point to highlight, the apartment has an excellent location... unbeatable.
The place was ok. The building has its charm. Good: location is great. The beds are comfortable. Issues: WiFi and tv in the living room. Garbage was left behind from previous renters (in the bedroom). Tried to use a tray in the oven and it didn’t fit, had to improvise. The AC vent in the living room is covered by a lot of dust. Had an issue with towels but that was resolved promptly. The worst: bathroom conditions. Very outdated. Half of the sliding door is missing. And if you lose your balance for a sec and try to catch yourself on the other half of the door, you will fall out with it (so be careful). The tub takes forever to drain (it’s really gross actually). The toilet paper holder is broken. No shampoo (had to go and buy some). No hooks/shelves to place your towel while you are taking a shower. The bathroom really needs to be updated, especially for the price you are charged. Overall it was ok, the location saved it. But I wouldn’t stay again.
