The place itself was pretty standard and needs a little maintenance. The lights in one bedroom weren’t working and the kitchen windows were covered with plastic sheets. The location was good for exploring but felt a little unsafe at night and was often extremely noisy around 1am with loud music downstairs. I would absolutely not recommend this stay to anyone, however, as on the penultimate night of our stay we found a mouse running around the kitchen. There ended up being a mouse hole in the corner of the kitchen which we had to plug. The host was unresponsive and unwilling to negotiate a partial refund given the rodent problem and stopped replying altogether.
Great place to stay, heart of the Boston downtown and with easy access to a ton of good spots to eat and visit. Bathroom is very small and the other room is a living area converted to a bed room, but that is something you will have to work with considering the great location of the apartment. Smooth check-in process and the management team was proactive with their communications.
The perfect location, right in the center of all the major activities my family was planning to do in Boston! Lots of restaurants and coffee shops nearby as well. The place is just as pictured and my family was happy with the stay. The bathroom was smaller than expected like many others mentioned but it did not bother us.
