Good price and excellent price
Excellent location. Street noise is loud and bathroom could use updating. Good experience overall.
The apartment was in a great location with at least two parking facilities nearby and had a very good air conditioning. However, my impressions were, as follows: 1) The lobby to the building appeared dingy and it was extremely cluttered with "tons" of packages. 2) The carpet on the hallway to the apartment also appeared dingy and had seen much better days. 3) Similarly, the two blue shaggy rugs in the apartment did not look or feel clean as they did not appeared that they had been vacuumed before our arrival. 4) The bathroom is tiny and it would only fit two people but only when the bathroom's garbage can was moved outside the bathroom itself since, while inside the bathroom, it prevented us from opening the door completely and be able to use the sink. 5) The bathtub in the bathroom was poorly painted over and was not very clean. 6) The black towels that we were requested to use to remove makeup were no where to be found in the very small bathroom. Note that the infamous black towels were in a drawer in the bedroom "dresser" and not near the extra white towels that were located in the bedroom closet. 7) In addition, since you never interacted with an actual "personal" AirBnB owner, I also did not like the series of emails asking me if I wanted to check-in early or check-out late but only after agreeing to pay an extra fee. This tactic was "extra greedy."
