What a bargain. Every other place in the downtown vicinity was over $500 a night. The location of this place, steps from the Boylston T stop and overlooking the Boston Common, makes it worth its weight in gold on its own. We loved that the place had two large beds for our family. It’s an older apartment, but that comes with the territory in Boston. Check-in was easy. The building seems safe with a 24/7 doorman. Lots of students in the building, but we only heard music in the late morning, so no issues with noise for us. The walls are thin though - you can hear people opening and closing their apartment doors in the hall, so just be mindful of your own noise. Overall we were pleased with our stay!
A great place in the perfect location for our family of four’s vacation to boston. Centrally located in the downtown area with super quick and easy access to the subway. The view is incredible as this unit is on the corner right across the street from the boston commons and boston public park. Communication about check in and out we’re thorough and we had zero problems with accessing the unit. The building feels safe and secure with access to laundry on the same floor of the building. When searching for a stay we wanted something with two Queen and/or king beds with at least one bedroom, and this unit provided us that. We had everything we needed, including plenty of linens, towels and paper products for the bathroom/kitchen. The floors could’ve been a bit cleaner, and one of the stove burners weren’t working which made cooking a challenge (it’s already a small stove) - being able to cook is a big reason we book airbnbs so that did have an impact. Other than that, this Airbnb is a perfect landing spot for a trip and we highly recommend!
