- Located in Downtown Boston Theatre District Area.
- Few steps away from the Orange Line Downtown Crossing.
- 2 mins walking to Green Line Train Boylston Station.
- 5 mins walking to Red Line Train.
- Few steps away to the Commons Park.
The apartment:
- Studio
- 1x king size bed
- 2 guests MAX.
- 1x full bathroom.
- Fully equipped kitchen.
- Self flexible check-in.
- Laundry is available in the building. You will have to pay for it separately.
Parking:
- No Parking on premise. It is your responsibility to find parking.
- We don't advise driving in Boston. Parking can be extremely expensive and a big hassle.
Check-in:
- Please adhere to the check-in time on your reservation.
- Early check-in is available for a small fee. It can be requested on our portal.
- 1pm Late check-out is available for a small fee. It can be requested on our portal.
- Early check-in and late check-out is subject to availability if requested last minute.
Pets:
- Pets are not allowed.
Things to Note:
- This reservation may be subject to a refundable security deposit, not more than $350. This is a requirement from our insurance.
- 28 nights+ reservations are subject to a $2500 refundable security deposit.
- Subject to street noise due to location. You're in downtown Boston and the location is very noisy at all hours.
- You will encounter homeless people. You're in downtown.
- We are required to obtain a copy of your ID until checkout. You can submit it on our portal after making the reservation.
- We have a doorbell camera. Any attempt of throwing a party will result in immediate termination and we will press charges.
- Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment or the building.
- This reservation will be canceled if you have a violent criminal history. Our system automatically checks.
- AC is unavailable between October 15th and May 5th.
I will never stay with Evonify Stays again. Comforter was stained. Blanket had not been cleaned. ( I washed it) Huge Cockroach in the kitchen. Communication was terrible: I checked in early to find AC not working on 95 degree day and was told someone would be there to fix. I ran out for an hour and after I returned I did not hear anything from anyone (after sending numerous texts) for 3 hours. I asked for specific types of towels and was brought different ones. I went five days with requesting new bath towels with the dirty ones left outside my door. On day 5, (after requesting every day) they told me that they did not drop off because I was not in the room (a lie) as if they had stopped by they would have removed the bags of dirty towels that sat there for five days. On day 1 I sent a phot of the bathroom electrical outlet hanging out of the wall (dangerous) and when I checked out 18 days later it was still not fixed. I asked for tissues numerous times and received none ( I ended up buying them myself). Many other times I had to text numerous times before I received an answer to the text. No one ever picked up the phone when I called. There we ants in the bathroom on the ledge. There was no laundry card in the room and the washer and dryer on my floor required one. Took many days before I received one.
I had a unit with an amazing view of Boston common. Absolutely amazing location and view for the price. Older building with a lot of charm. I felt very at home!
