This spot is great and is very easy to find. There were two very important drawbacks. The first drawback is that we did have a lot of issues getting on wifi and in the end did not get on or find the network so that made it difficult as we are from overseas and really needed access to wifi. Also, the super late check in of 5 pm is not very guest friendly and feels like they are charging for a full day but you can't enter till 5 pm which is super late. Those two things would make me reconsider to rent again.
Apartment 114 Location, location & location. Arrived Saturday to a cool studio apartment that has all of the potential in the world on the corner of Tremont & Boylston overlooking Boston Common. We came into South Station. An easy walk of .4 miles and we were there. Comfortable bed, bright & roomy with a stocked kitchenette that we did not use (this time). The bathroom is pink, nothing can be done about that so you have to embrace the hottest water, greatest pressure and best coverage you will ever find in a shower head. The air conditioner did whatever you wanted it to do. After 8-10 miles of walking each day you could turn it on and cool right off. We are scheduled to go back in October and I will share more after that visit.
The location is wonderful, at the start of the freedom trail and just across from Boston Common. As the listing indicates, the property is in the city so you will hear people, cars, etc. There is a parking lot just across the street. It’s pricy, but in line with other local options. Overall wonderful spot for a couple.
